Positives
Can use visual material - important as working with a lot of visual work (way finding)
Collaborative - everyone can access and makes changes (as opposed to google keep which was a little limited in that you could only share posts)
App - easy to use, on android and iPhone
Negatives
Not familiar with the app layout
Google calendar
Positives
Already used by most members of the group
Efficient for organising meetings, working in with busy schedules
Negatives
Not visual
Not versatile - can't add to do lists or slides
Sends you a million notifications
